Out west
All the way to the pacific coast of Oregon.
May 21st to June 12th, 5,925 miles. We pulled our 29' camper; that was nice; the part about 8.2 miles per gallon could be better. We had our own bed every night, and our own bathroom. We could eat our meals there, I would do it that way again, even with the higher gas prices it is still less than motels and restaurants every day.

We did some things like tour the the Cape Mears light House, and the Tillamook Dairy, a big deal out there, and after watching some of the cheese making process and having some of the Tillamook ice-cream I can see why. The main reason for the trip was bird watching, we did spy many birds to add to our list, roughly 25 we had not seen before.

Why we waited till Monday to leave on our trip.

We so enjoyed the glass blowing at the Alder House 111 that we went there three days in a row.

look what I see in my binoculars, the best sighting on the trip!

Even better than whale watching on the boat we took to see this gray whale.
